What we collect on nurbix.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, nurbix.com, is operated by NURBIX LTD, a company based in Kigali, Rwanda (“NURBIX”, “we”, “us”). NURBIX is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to info@nurbix.com.

2. What we collect, and why

We collect only what is needed to respond to you and to run the website.

  • Enquiries. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, organization, work email, role (optional), the area you are interested in and your message. We use it to reply and to discuss how we might work together.
  • Diagnostic requests. When you request a diagnostic session, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, organization, email and a description of the challenge. We use them to prepare for and schedule the session.
  • Bookings. Introductions are booked through a Google Calendar appointment page embedded on our site. Google collects the details you enter there and passes us the booking so we can send you a calendar invitation and video link.
  • NURBIX Care assistant. If you use the chat assistant, we receive the messages you type and any contact details you choose to give, so we can follow up.
  • Analytics (only if you accept). See section 3.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Our legal bases are your consent (analytics, and information you choose to send), our legitimate interest in running and securing the website and responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and channels are useful to visitors. Nothing is loaded from Google unless you choose “Accept analytics” in the notice shown on your first visit. We do not use advertising cookies, and we configure Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses and to deny advertising storage.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you decline, analytics does not run.

QR connect page. The personal connect page reached from our cards counts which card the visit came from and which button was tapped. These counts are kept as simple event records without your name or contact details; Google Analytics receives them only if you have accepted analytics.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to operate the site:

  • Google Workspace, for email and calendar (enquiries, booking invitations, video meetings).
  • Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics.
  • Cloudflare, for website delivery and security.

These providers act on our instructions or under their own terms and may process information outside Rwanda. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, requests and meeting records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation, and for as long as any resulting engagement requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we must keep it by law.

6. Your rights

Under Rwanda’s law on the protection of personal data and privacy (Law No. 058/2021), you can ask to access your personal information, correct it, have it deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent you have given. To use any of these rights, email info@nurbix.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Rwandan data protection supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the website. No online service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the contact form or the chat assistant.

8. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Our Terms of Use also apply to your use of the website.
