These terms apply to your use of nurbix.com, operated by NURBIX LTD, Kigali, Rwanda (“NURBIX”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The content on this website is general information about NURBIX and the subjects we work on. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as such. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

Contacting us, using the chat assistant, booking an introduction or requesting a diagnostic session does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Any work NURBIX does for you is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees and terms.

Introductions are bookable at the times shown on the booking page. Diagnostic sessions are by request and are confirmed by email. To change or cancel a meeting, reply to your confirmation email.

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully or in a way that harms it or others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems or other users’ information;
• send spam, malicious code or misleading information through the forms or the chat assistant;
• copy or scrape the website at a scale that disrupts it.

The NURBIX name, logo, icon system, website design, text, graphics and other content are owned by NURBIX LTD or used with permission. You may view and share pages of the website for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify or use the NURBIX name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.

The website links to and embeds third-party services, such as Google Calendar and social media platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We provide the website “as is” and may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time. To the extent the law allows, NURBIX is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
